Well, we finished packing the car around noon, had a nearly dry-eyed goodbye at Jamie and Mark's house and headed west - to Omaha. We are officially 'somewhere in middle America'. The drive today wasn't too bad, but tomorrows will be a couple hours longer. No near death experiences, but we did find that nearly every Harley Davidson dealership in Minnesota is closed on Sundays :-(

- We got married summer 2005,went on honeymoon, both of us finished our master's degrees, moved to the twin cities and bought a house. After three years, we decided to move back to the bay area to be close to family. James took a job with Del Monte and I am working for Bilingual Therapies. We're excited to move back to be closer to family, but are really sad to be leaving friends that we are pretty close to. Oh, by the way, we are pregnant! As long as things go well, we should welcome our new addition around March 21st or so... Update- Grace Olivia McCollum was born on March 31st, 2009. She is beautiful and brilliant and fun!
